ホスピス医の役割としては、定期的に検診に行き、痛みがあれば薬で緩和するなどですが、
そういった医療行為を行うだけでなく、患者さんと家族に寄りそうという事を大事にしている先生だなという印象でした
患者さんが幸せな最期を迎えられるように、医師という隣人でありたいという言葉に、想いが凝縮しているように感じます
Dr.Naitou is the leading hospice doctor who is strong supporter for people who want to die home.In addition to daily consulting, she give lectures or publish books on the base of idea that the hospice have to be community based.
The roll of hospice doctor is removing the pains by medication,but she seems have top priority in accompany the patients in my impression.
She says that she want to be neighbor of patients as doctor.The words express her important idea.
